PMC Umpire Consortium

The Plains to Mountains to Coast (PMC) Umpire Consortium is a Division I, Division II, Division III and JUCO officiating group formed in 2021. We proudly service the Big Sky Conference, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC), the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC), the Northwest Conference (NWC) and the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC).

The mission of the PMC Consortium is to provide a quality comprehensive umpire program, establish strong communication channels, build rapport with all stakeholders and to assist member institutions in supporting NCAA athletics through the hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating of qualified softball officials.
